suppliers, employees, prospects etc. Each one of them can view the related data

3.How will you ensure the security of our database?

The database server will be on the private network of the ISP. Hence, it is not available to the Net World directly. Anyone who wants to access the database server can access it only through our application server. The application server will be having two levels of security by which user is required to supply two different sets of passwords to access the database. Even then, all the transaction is done through our application and direct access to database is not possible.
